Before you cancel your subscription with us, please remember that once your subscription expires:

• you will not be able to use any animations in any new or unpublished projects
• you will only be able to download free animations
• any unused credits will expire

Now, if you still want to proceed with the cancelation, here's how.

Step 1: Go to My Account in the top right corner (you have to be logged in) and go to the Subscriptions tab

Step 2: Click on Change Plan

Step 3: Scroll below the pricing plans and you will see a button that says Renewal Settings, click on it and follow the instructions on-screen
