Cannot open the video file
Most of our video files come with a transparent background, in order to give you the flexibility and freedom to use them however you want and combine them together. However, video codecs that support transparent backgrounds are a bit more advanced and modern, so some machines won't support them by default.
Mac
Our items will work perfectly fine using the default video player QuickTime.
Windows
Unfortunately, the default video player on Windows does not support the industry standard video codec for transparent items, so you are unlikely to be able to use Windows Media Player to play our items. This does not mean they are broken, it just means you will need a more advanced video player. We recommend you get VLC, which is a free and open-source video player that can handle all of our items perfectly on Windows. Click here to download it for free: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/
That being said, even if you cannot play the files directly, they will work perfectly fine once you import them in any of the popular video editing software (Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Filmora, HitFilm Express, etc.)
